Directions to Sand Pit:
- Go 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Taber on highway 3 to Range Road 17-2
- Then go 2 miles (3.2 km) north of highway 3 on Range Road 17-2
- Pit entrance is on the east side of Range Road 17-2 (marked with sign)
